Large business park comprising 23no. warehouse/office units and a 3 storey office block.

The flat roof of the office block was formed from single ply membrane bonded to a Kingspan composite panel. Roofs to the business units were Kingspan 1000RW profiled composite panels.

The walls to the offices were clad with Kingspan Optimo panels to the main elevations with feature elevations of Terracotta tiles.

The terracotta tiles were fitted to Kingspan panels, this system allows a weatherproof envelope to be achieved quickly, with the decorative rainscreen added afterwards.

The wall cladding to the business units was completed with the more economical or micro-rib architectural wall panel.

The units, which were air tested, all achieved leakage figures better than required for the TER.
