Scope of Project: 

Parts of this building dated back to the 1930’s and for many years it had been used as a garage workshop.
The open brief was simply to refurbish and upgrade the building to current standards and transform the shell to accommodate prestige offices.
TAC replaced the roofs and clad the outside of the building with insulated panels. New windows and doors were installed, and a shiny black stone rainscreen façade transformed the street side elevation.
